Lights tucked under the caps of a stone wall graze the stone below it. The wall becomes the route marker, with no stakes in the lawn.

From the project

Kichler sells hardscape lighting, the small fittings built into walls and steps, as part of the same low-voltage range1. The advantage shows in this photograph: tucked under the stone caps, the fittings themselves disappear.
