The transformer is the quiet part.

Every low-voltage garden starts at a box on the wall: the transformer, a timer and a circuit you can find. Mount it where you can reach it, and label the runs before the beds are planted.

From the project

Kichler’s landscape range is low voltage, which means every fitting in the garden runs back to a transformer1. The practical advice here is ours rather than the manufacturer’s: the transformer is the part you will need to find again, so put it somewhere you can.

We have not shown the manufacturer’s product photograph of the box; a picture of a logo on a wall is an advertisement, not an idea.
